Real-time delivery tracking on your wholesale orders
We’re excited to bring you a new way to stay informed about your deliveries! With our new delivery tracking emails, you’ll know exactly when to expect your driver and will have access to real-time updates.
Delivery tracking emails will start from:Monday 16th February
What you'll receive
On the morning of your deliveries, you’ll now receive an email including:
- Delivery time window: An estimated time of arrival for your order.
- Tracking link: Live updates on your delivery status, including item details and delivery location.
These emails will automatically be sent to the email address we have on the system for your account.
Need to update your email or opt out?
There may be a more suitable email address within your practice to receive the delivery tracking emails. If you would like to change the email address receiving these emails, please complete the form by Monday 9th February.
If you would prefer to opt out entirely of the service, please email our customer service team on customerteam@mwiah.co.uk and our team will have this updated for you.
