At MWI Animal Health, I am responsible for partnering with senior business leaders and Global HR centres of excellence to deliver effective people strategies that align with business objectives, drive business results and contribute to the overall associate experience. 

I like the balance of the HR matrix structure that means I have access to world class material and autonomy within MWI to make a difference to the associates experience and focus on all aspects of performance management. 

I am blessed with a fantastic team and with them we have a clear plan that ultimately takes us on the journey to becoming an Employer of Choice. 

Outside of work, I like to stay fit and healthy and my two teenage children, two dogs and a cat help with that.
