As the Head of Customer Projects and Service, my role spans two key areas. Firstly to ensure a smooth onboarding of new practice technology customers and secondly to deliver a quality customer service.
After over 20 years in the professional services sector in the UK, focused on managed service solutions for small to enterprise customers. I developed a passion for ensuring projects have a customer focus and provide right first-time implementation.
I enjoy being part of the MWI UK leadership team. I have been bowled over by the collaboration and willingness of MWI associates and customers to work together in partnership.
Outside of work, I am fond of outdoor pursuits. I am a Canoe and Kayak instructor and relish long mountain bike rides. My family are important to me. I have three girls and a menagerie of pets, which are a constant source of joy.
