Christmas
Orders placed Tuesday 24th December will be delivered on Friday 27th December (or your next scheduled delivery day).
You can still order through your PMS system and online over the Christmas bank holidays, but delivery will take place on Friday 27th December (or your next scheduled delivery day).
New Year
Orders placed Tuesday 31st December will be delivered on Thursday 2nd January (or your next scheduled delivery day).
You can still order through your PMS system and online over the New Year bank holiday, but delivery will not be until Thursday 2nd January (or Friday 3rd January for Scotland, or your next scheduled delivery day).
Please consider pulling your ordering timings earlier on these dates to midday/early afternoon to assist with the increased volume in the network over this period.
Emergency orders are manually placed in our system so any emergency orders received after midday on Tuesday 24th December will not be processed until Friday 27th and will be out for delivery on Monday 30th December (or your next scheduled delivery day).
Emergency orders received after midday on Tuesday 31st December will not be processed until Wednesday 2nd January and will be out for delivery on Thursday 4th January (or your next scheduled delivery day).
Technical support
Usual support and out of hours support in operation, with the exception of 25th and 26th December, and 1st January which will have out of hours support only between 09:00-13:30.
Closure of practices
We understand practices may change their opening hours.
Please can we ask you to inform us if your practice will be closed if you are expecting a delivery. This ensures our drivers aren’t making any unnecessary journeys.
Alternatively, you could delay placing your order via your preferred method until your practice is due to re-open.
