I am passionate about Quality and Continuous Improvement and am excited to be part of a leadership team driving this into the heart of all we do. My role is to support the business in all aspects of Quality Management driving regulatory compliance, ensuring we meet customer needs and enabling us to do this as efficiently as possible.

Engagement and people development are a critical part of my role. I love working across all functions building knowledge and looking at ways to improve our processes and remove error.

Before joining MWI Animal Health UK I worked for some large global manufacturing organisations then joined a healthcare business. Working mostly in Quality, Compliance and Continuous Improvement roles across the UK and Europe.
